Abigail is super ridiculously cute when she warms up to you. She is goofy, playful and generally just a high energy puppy. She loves to play tug, wrestle and chase our other dog, and chew on toys (and everything else, but she is good about following commands to leave it). She'll also just cuddle up and sit on your lap for hours.  She doesn't seem to shed at all (I've found just a few hairs over the last few weeks). She will quiet down in a crate fairly quickly, and has always slept peacefully through the night.  She is timid around new people, but incredibly friendly around other dogs, big and small, and a new dog to meet will help her open up to new people as well.  She is not house-trained, but will generally be happy to go outdoors (unless the neighbors are making loud noises). She does like to sneak off into a corner to go pee, so you have to keep a very close eye on her. - She is a little bit of an escape artist, and has climbed the wall of our dog pen a few times when we left the room (so we've had to crate her if we're leaving her vs. just separating her for meals, etc).  She enjoys walks, and doesn't pull, but is timid around new people and very fearful of cars. - She will eat dry food, but prefers wet food, and is not particularly food motivated. She's only eaten our treats when she sees that our other dog wants them.  She is a fast learner and very eager to please, and figured out our doggie ramp situation in a few minutes. Our dog door is heavy and loud, so while we could tell that she knew how to get through it, she did not like to do it at all.  I haven't seen a moment of aggression. She's so incredibly loving and sweet, she'll just melt your heart once she gets to know you.
