PURCHASE DATES | PURCHASE CALENDARS

Please read the instructions carefully before purchasing your dates.

1. You must have a PayPal account or credit card to purchase dates and pre-order calendars from the website.
2. Please have your dates and alternate dates written down and have your photos and text (28 characters max) ready before you begin.
3. Go to http://ctdr.org/calendar/dates to purchase dates.
4. Click a date to add it to your shopping cart (each date can be purchased only once, but a date may not show “SOLD” instantaneously, so it could be sold out when it doesn’t appear to be).
5. You can add more than one date to your cart before you pay if you click the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of your shopping cart.
6. If you’d like to preorder calendars ($12 each), select the “Pre-order the 2011 calendar and get a discount!” link, then in your shopping cart, enter how many you want to buy and click the “Update Cart” button at the bottom of your shopping cart.
7. When you are done with your selections, click the PayPal button at the bottom of your shopping cart.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with a major credit card by following the steps on the PayPal page.
8. After you submit your payment, click the “Complete Purchase” yellow button.
9. Click on the link “to enter the data for the dates you purchased” to retrieve http://ctdr.org/calendar/enterdata.  This process is not fool-proof – please proceed carefully.  You can enter up to 5 dates/photos at a time, but you must remember the dates you purchased and be careful to enter the correct dates where prompted and upload the correct photo corresponding to those dates.
1. First enter your contact information – name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state, and zip code.
2. For each date purchased enter
1. The date (remember the year is 2011)
2. The 28-character text to go with that date (even though it will let you enter more than 28 characters, stop at 28 characters – otherwise you’ll get an error message when you submit and may have to re-enter previously entered data)
3. Choose a dedication (or none)
4. Browse to attach the photo to appear with this date
3. After entering the information for 1 to 5 dates, click the “Submit” button and wait while your input is processed.
4. When completed, you’ll be thanked and provided a prompt if you need to enter data for additional dates – if so, click on the link (http://ctdr.org/calendar/enterdata) to go back to the form and repeat the steps above.
