I have been a busy girl. You see, my buddy Jelly Bean has been very sick. There have even been a couple of times we weren't sure she would make it. But I kept telling her that we all needed her to be strong.

I lay with her for hours on end to be sure she stays warm and knows I am there for her. When she has to go to the doctor I look all over the house and yard for her. I do have heartworms, so it looks like I will have some bad stuff to go through too, but together we can get through almost anything! If you adopt us both I promise to help you take care of my little friend Jelly Bean.

UPDATE

I have completed my heartworm treatment and just want to resume life like and enjoy myself! My foster mom has to remind me to rest in order to recover and get healthy again. I'm just so busy helping to take care of Jelly Bean and my new hobby - gardening! Mind you, I won't dig a hole, but I'm great at turning over the mulch and keeping the weeds away!

I have made a New Year's resolution to completely recover from those nasty heartworms (and the not so pleasant treatment it takes to cure them) and see my buddy Jelly Bean back to full health! I just know I can achieve both these resolutions. After that, I'll set a new goal - to find my forever home with my buddy Jelly Bean by my side!
