Once upon a time in 2002 a family came to CTDR and asked us to take 2 beautiful 2-year-old red male doxies. They were littermates. The family was no longer able to care for them. As most young, healthy, beautiful dogs do, these 2 found a home together in no time at all. Over the next 7 years, their family would slowly begin going their separate ways. And now Frankey and Augie, through no fault of their own, find themselves back at CTDR looking for that forever home.

Unfortunately, they are no longer young dogs Their beautiful red coats have begun to turn white. Now they face the probability that they will have to go to separate foster homes and live out their lives without each other. Are you the special family that can make things right for these 2 handsome boys?

UPDATE

I am a devoted companion for a person I love. I really enjoy spending time, just the two of us, cuddling to catch a movie or read a book. My perfect home would be a place with no small children or cats. I really need a calm environment where I can feel secure and safe with my person. I'd make a great friend to someone who can shower me with love, guidance and attention.
