Straight from the Outback, and hopefully to your home soon, comes this sweet-eyed boy we call Aussie. He came to use with multiple Cactus spines stuck in his chest and needs some dental work, but thankfully he is healthy outside of that! Aussie is excited to find a foster home where we can learn more about his personality in order to find the perfect home for him - preferably one without cactus plants! Won't you consider making your back yard his new Outback?

UPDATE

Aussie is a real people pleaser! He enjoys lounging on the couch with his person, eagerly rolling over for a belly rub every chance he gets. While he gets along well with other dogs, and will even play with them occasionally, he would much rather spend his time devoting all his attention to the people he loves.

Going on walks is a favorite thing to do. His leash habits improve with each outing. Aussie has no problems sleeping in a crate near his person's bed, and will stay there quietly through the night. His house manners are great and goes outside to do his business reliably.

Aussie is even working on a few tricks to impress people with! He has already learned to sit, and is working on other commands as well. He thrives on the attention he gets while learning to do things that make his person happy. He has a devoted personality and a lot of love to share. All that's missing in Aussie's new life now, is you!

UPDATE

They may say I'm a senior, but I'm determined to prove them all wrong! I'm as spry and peppy as any youngster could be! I love to frolic and play away the hours, then cuddle up and relax for a nice snooze on your lap. My manners are great and I don't mind spending time in a kennel when you are away. I'm reliable in the house and know where to do my business. I can get a bit worried if I know you are home and I can't see you. I just want to be near you as much as I possibly can!

I play well with my foster brother and sisters and have no problem meeting new friends. I'd make a great friend for just about any household and can't wait to find my way home. I've been practicing and my leash manners are doing great! All I need now is for you to take me for a walk through your front door and into your heart!
