I am new to the rescue and just found my foster home. Have you ever seen a dachshund quite as unique as I? I'm doing well settling in and figuring out my way around. I'm super sweet and simply a beautiful young boy! They tell me my information will be updated as more of my personality shines through!

UPDATE

As I'm running through the back yard at top speed, I'm searching for your heart to steal!  I'm a sweet boy who craves love and affection.  If you let me, I'll warm your lap for quiet snuggles and nice long nap under a blanket!   I'm playful, alert and doing my best to make friends with everyone I meet.  Other dogs are great fun and I enjoy meeting new people as well!  

My housetraining is going very well.  I want to be sure to have the very best manners and wouldn't dream of having an accident in your home.  I'm still working on getting used to sleeping in my kennel.  After a few minutes, I settle down nicely and sleep quietly through the night.  My personality is outgoing and social, and my heart is loving and kind.

I'm ready to find my forever home and can hardly wait to get to know you!  I have a lot of room in my heart just waiting for someone to fill.  We could have a great time together and I promise to always gaze lovingly at you with my sweet brown eyes.  So, until you come to meet me, I will keep running through the back yard searching for you!
