Quiqley:  Adopted

We so wish these rescue dogs could talk to us and tell us what their life was like before and what we can do to best help them; such is the case with Quigley.

Quigley is the sweetest dog who wants nothing more than to show love and be loved, but somewhere in his past people were too rough with this sensitive little man. Quigley really wants to learn to play and be happy but he needs someone to be patient with him and not over-correct him. Each day in his foster home Quigley is learning how to be a dog and do real doggie things without being punished for it. He is learning to play with toys, other dogs, and for the first time the other day actually used his dog voice and barked once at a squirrel, just like the other dog in his foster home. Quigley is learning how to live without fear; but he certainly knows how to love without any hesitation.

We think right now a quieter home with someone who wants a dog who loves to please his people and maybe a home with another dog to help show Quigley "the ropes" would be best for him. He is so good natured and has such a big heart; he just needs someone who can appreciate those qualities. And did we mention he is absolutely Gorgeous? Quigley won't last long in rescue, great dogs like him usually don't, so put in your application soon.
