Buddy was adopted back in 2018 and sadly has been returned to Rescue at the age of 17 years old.  Buddy's adopter could no longer take care of him and the family did not want to keep Buddy so he was returned. Buddy is scared as he does not know what happened to his human companion. Buddy would do best in a home with no young children and best suited for a very quiet home.
