About Squeak
Status: Adopted!
Species: Dog
General Color: Red
Current Size: 16.4 Pounds
Current Age: 16 Years 10 Months (best estimate)
Reaction to New People: Friendly
Squeak is estimated to be 15 years old, but I do not believe it. She and Scooter were surrendered together, but are not overly bonded.
Squeak is a red smooth mini-dachshund mix she weighs about 13 lbs. I would classify her as a low to medium active girl. Squeak loves people and wants to be in physical contact with her person when sitting or in the “big bed”. Once in the “Big Bed” she settles quickly and sleeps all night. In foster home she has been very dog and people friendly. Mostly she follow her people around and demands attention. She is kennel trained and goes outside for her toilet. Her only issue is that if not allowed into the “Big Bed” at night she will complain for a few minutes, until she realizes, she will not get her way. She will make a wonderful and loving companion for someone. While she was surrendered with her friend Scooter, she is independent and pursues her own way. Particularly in vying for attention. She could care less where Scooter is or what he is doing.
