Billie is new to Rescue after being surrendered by his owners along with his brother Buddie.  The reason for surrendering these two was because "they kept escaping".  These two boys have lived their whole lives outside and now in their golden years   they are searching for their forever homes.  They can be adopted together or separately as they do not appear to be overly bonded.
