Meet Spencer, a sweet boy who recently arrived at CTDR with his best friend, Simon, after their owner could no longer care for them. These two have shared their lives together and are very bonded, so they must be adopted as a pair. Spencer is settling in nicely and doing very well in his foster home.
Spencer and Simon get along well with other dogs and absolutely love being with their people.
