Heartworm Prevention is given on the 12th of the month

UPDATE 01-03-2013:

BJ is totally potty trained and crate trained BUT he hates being left alone.  He is definitely a dog that will bond strongly with his owner and want to be with him/her most of the time.  He whines when I move out of his visual range even for a few minutes.

He does okay on a leash but since he’s been confined so much he really wants to run right now.  He probably did better with that BEFORE his surgery than now just because of that but he could improve again with a bit of re-training.

BJ had to have emergency back surgery on December 4, 2012.  This poor sweet guy tweaked his back playing with his dog buddies and even though he was immediately put on strict crate rest, when he went down, CTDR elected to have the surgery to hopefully negate any permanent damage.  BJ tolerated the surgery beautifully.  We will continue to update his progress on this webpage.  If you are able to help CTDR with some of the medical expenses for his surgery, please click on the Sponsor This Pet button directly under his picture above.
