WALDO is an extremely happy boy, despite, as my Dad would say, being "rode hard and put away wet!"  Waldo appears to have lived a tough life but is so sweet, calm and gentle, it is really surprising!  This little man has a super soft, Red, short coat, and deep golden brown eyes! His coat has a couple rough spots, but with some good nutritious food, a gentle bath, and some love and care, it is coming in nicely now. He is long, low and lean, and is really on the skinny side!  He tips the scale at just over 13 pounds, but needs a few pounds of muscle added onto his frame. He had a bunch of broken and badly infected teeth, but those have now been removed.  Sadly he doesn't have a lot of teeth left, but he does extremely well with the remaining teeth. which are pearly white and he has fresh breath!  The fresh breath is nice since he is a Kisser!  He doesn't drown you in slobber, but does like to say, "Good Morning" with a quick kiss!  Waldo is healthy, neutered, heart worm negative, had all his shots, and is micro chipped!  He loves to snuggle, have his tummy rubbed and his neck scratched!  Mr. Waldo is extremely house trained, no accidents or marking from him!  He walks very well on a leash, and has great manners!  He will "sit, stay, lay down, and stay" on command.  He is not destructive in the house and has not chewed or messed with anything in the house! He prefers to sleep in the big bed, buried under the covers, and really does Not like to be crated! For the car ride home, he just jumped right in, settled down in the seat, curled up and slept! Waldo loves people of all ages, including children, and has not met a stranger!  Waldo will bark at cats and dogs outside, but inside the house, he ignores cats and will mostly ignore other dogs.  He does seem to like the company of other dog to hang around with, but doesn't seem to want to "play" with other dogs.  He seems to be a low to medium energy dog, and will go for walks and will snuggle up beside you, whichever you would like to do! He is not a big barker, and settles down quickly when someone comes to the door. Waldo would be the perfect addition to any family!  He could be an apartment dog for a single person or an older couple.  He would do great in a family home with a yard and a few kids and another dog or cat!  He is a laid back, calm, loving, little guy, that just wants to be loved on, and to share his love!  The next time someone asks me, "Where's Waldo?"  I would love to answer, "Waldo has found his perfect forever family and is living the good life, that he really deserves!"  Fill out your application for Waldo today!  He won't be around here for long....!
