Effective immediately the following policy changes are in place for adoptions:

  • APPLICATION HOME VISIT — ALL home visits will be completed via Facetime, SKYPE, or other video chat service where a visual home visit and discussion can be implemented.
  • OUT-OF-STATE ADOPTIONS — All out-of-state adoptions are suspended
